Estela Hoxha serves as the Head of Human Capital, bringing a distinguished track record in talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational strategy. Prior to her current role, she held key leadership positions within Albania’s Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Justice, where she excelled in legal drafting, policy formulation, and strategic coordination. An accomplished academic, Estela also lectures at the University of Tirana, shaping the next generation of thought leaders in history and law. She holds a PhD in International Relations from the University of Tirana, underscoring her deep expertise in global affairs and commitment to advancing organizational excellence.
