Twenty- five years of extensive experience managing, developing and strategically implementing business and data driven operational efficiencies and systems, including, fifteen years of C- level operations and technology roles. A proven record delivering business aligned, business designed systems and data analytics, centered on return of capital, business benefits value, and strategic alignment. An expertise in leveraging operations and technology solutions resulting in increased revenues, decreased expenses, and elevated customer satisfaction levels. Senior management leadership and organizational efficiency experience in the Insurance (P&C, Life/Annuity, A&H) and Banking/Financial Services sectors.
